KMPY Project
Located in the Ex Zone des Ambassades, along a main road 40, the Villa FK redefines the architectural and urban landscape of the area by its unusual tectonics and organic facade. The life of the Villa FK is organized and centralized around a swimming pool that plays a regulating role. A permanent and constant dialogue between the interior and exterior spaces is established. The green space and the pool are now part of the interior spaces through large, carefully positioned windows.
The particularity and innovation of Villa FK lies in the exploration of a system of acoustically absorbent material that also plays an aesthetic role. The curved elements that wrap the windows are acoustic foams that help control sound energy.
